Industry Benchmark Information
FISCAL software includes copyrighted industry benchmark data from The  Risk Management Association and tax return data compiled by the Internal  Revenue Service. 
Throughout the FISCAL manual and software, wherever IRS is seen, it refers to data from Publication 1053, Corporation  Source Book of Statistics of Income, published by the Internal Revenue Service.
Throughout the FISCAL manual and software wherever RMA is seen, it refers to The Risk Management Association. RMA  publishes the industry benchmark information every year in RMA's Annual  Statement Studies®. Vision Software Solutions has a non-exclusive license  agreement with The Risk Management Association to include this information in  the FISCAL software. Wherever RMA data is displayed in the software, primarily  on reports, it comes from RMA's Annual Statement Studies.

The Risk Management Association has compiled the data in RMA's Annual  Statement Studies from a sample not necessarily statistically representative  and reliance thereon should be limited accordingly. The date has been obtained  from or is based upon sources believed by RMA to be reliable; however, the data  is provided without warranty of any kind and RMA makes no representations or  warranties, express or implied, to any person or entity as to the accuracy,  timeliness, completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose  of any of the data. The data is provided without warranty on the understanding  that any person or entity that acts upon it or otherwise changes position in  reliance thereon does so entirely at such person's or entity's own risk.
