Support
Ongoing technical and user support is part of the annual maintenance contract. Support is also available free of charge for potential customers using a trial version of the programs. There is no charge for resolving technical issues, answering user questions, working through specific scenarios, or support for program upgrades. However, our support service is not a substitute for product training.*
